However, now more than ever it is easy to develop extreme perspectives about groups of people on the internet. I've noticed this especially regarding conversations of gender. The Alternate Internet Archive is a response to internet gender discourse and how anonymity, excessive access to social media platforms and how publicized exposure to large amounts of people can hinder logical thinking and translate into detrimental ideologies and information.
